General Operator

Operator I
Primary Purpose of the Job:
On assigned shift carries out a variety of duties to maintain the efficient and safe running of NGL 1/2/3 and 4 process plants. Auxiliary units, storage facilities, ship loading from NGL jetty and supplies to QAPCO and QP refinery. Includes starting up and shutting down plant following set procedures, commissioning equipment, by-passing pig traps for opening and cleaning. Checking that working conditions are safe for maintenance to be carried out and carrying out various duties related to ship loading.

Education:
Completion of secondary school plus 1 year full time training in plant operations to C&G or equivalent standard.

Experience & Skills:
4 years experience in Hydrocarbon Processing Plant. Good level of spoken and fair level of written English.

Budget & Cost Control Engineer
Primary Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for all Budget and Cost Control issues relating to the Gas Processing Department of Mesaieed Facilities. Produce Cost and Commitment Reports to advise Management of availability and requirement of funding to ensure effective Cost Control and Fund management. Analyse variances from Budgets and Control Costs by signaling and forecasting potential over expenditures in a timely manner to enable decisions to be taken to minimize the cost impact. Coordinate with the various Gas Processing Department Functions and the Budget Focal Point for the preparation of the Annual Gas Processing Department Budget and Business Plan. Develop and Improve Cost Analysis Cost Reporting and the Systems and Procedures used by the Budget & Cost Control section. Responsible to verify and directs the department invoicing process in coordination with Finance Department. Supervise the Propane local customer activities.

Education:
Degree in Engineering Science or Accounting.

Experience & Skills:Minimum 10 years of Post Qualification experience in all aspects of Budget & Cost Control in an Operations/Maintenance environment of the hydrocarbon industry with a major operator. Experience in Budget preparation, Cost Reporting and Analysis. High level of computer literacy, especially with MS Excel and Access. Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team environment. Able to plan, execute and complete work without supervision. Education:

Experience & Skills:

2. Independently set up and safely operate the JAM system as well as understand torque turn and torque time theory. Be capable of using Tubular Data Handbook to determine proper optimum torque for a given threaded connection as per company SOP.

4. Independently and /or to assist senior technician to operate NMJ tongs, as per company SOP.

6. Independently and/or to assist senior technician to perform routine cleaning and packing of JAM equipment as per company MIR.

To strengthen the team in DSLNG, we are looking for dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:

MARINE SUPERINTENDENT
Basic Function:
• Drive acquisition of the assets and technical services directly required for marine operations at the Terminal in a way that meets the technical, economic, and HSSE requirement for the business, including but not limited to marine support vessels, marine pilotage services and mooring gangs to ensure availability of contract for required assets and technical services.
• Supervise the contract, monitor performance against contract obligations, and make recommendations for improvement as necessary to ensure actual performances meet contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain a set up-to-date document for ensuring compliance with regulations, procedures and good practices; and for providing information to visiting LNG vessels on the regulations, facilities, and equipment associated with the management of the ship/shore interface.
• Direct and monitor verification of check list to ensure pre-arrival checks as they affect operations at the ship/shore interface are carried out, including but not limited to ensure equipment readiness and to verify lines of communications and emergency procedures before arrival of the LNG vessels and commencement of cargo operations.
• Direct and manage LNG berthing to ensure the LNG vessels berth safely, within operational limits and ready for cargo operations.
• Develop and maintain, in collaboration with Terminal Security Officer, the Terminal’s security and access control plans under the provisions of the ISPS code to ensure safeguarding of assets.
• Manage and maintain relationship with third parties to ensure proper and effective communication with third parties, in particular those government bodies and local authorities (Harbor Master and Maritime Authorities) who are critical to successful conduct of marine operations at the Terminal.
• Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive list of vetting criteria to ensure that vessels accepted to call at the Terminal meet minimum standards of safe operations and are compatible with the berth.
• Manage, together with Operations Superintendent, control and costs to ensure control in place and minimization of demurrage costs by activities such as but not limited to expedite vessel’s safe loading and minimize duration of stay.
• Represent DSLNG on shipping industry and marine forums aimed at promoting best practice and the exchange of experiences.
• Implement QHSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation
• Calculate and propose potential budget plan within his/ her area of responsibility in order to ensure all calculation is made timely, efficiently, and support the development of work unit budget
• Coach and develop subordinates in his/her area of responsibility in order to ensure they have the skills & capability in performing more effective & efficient work within the organization.

Requirement:
• Diploma in Marine Engineering Operations.
• Unlimited Certificate of Competency as Master Mariner with minimum 3 years of experience as Master or Chief Officer on oil or gas tankers.
• Minimum of 5 years ashore in a senior management capacity in a Terminal and/or Government or other Authorities.
• Extensive knowledge of Statutory Requirements; Port State Control in Indonesia; industry standards, specifically ISPS requirements; and compliance requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of safety management system; contingency planning; health, safety, and environmental regimes on board vessels and at the Terminal.
• Extensive knowledge of Safe System of Work including permit to work, maintenance management system, planning and risk assessments.
• Project management skills.

MARINE COORDINATOR
Basic Function:
• Support the Marine Superintendent to manage the development and maintenance of appropriate and effective navigational and marine safety management systems and supporting enforcement.
• Direct, monitor, and execute controls and services to ensure adequate controls and services for safe access and maneuvering of ships visiting the Terminal, including verification of check list to ensure pre-arrival checks and equipment readiness, and verification lines of communications and emergency procedures before arrival of the LNG vessels and commencement of cargo operations.

The current total production from the four operating mines spread across Sumatera and Kalimantan registers over 400,000 MT per month of various coal specifications. 1. Legal Senior Officer – Jakarta Based
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable university.

PT Ocean Metal Indo is a national private company with the main business of coal mining in Indonesia, currently needs some dynamic – creative professional human resources, with a good track record, to join and grow with us for below position and qualifications:
1. Sr. Geologist and Geologist (Job Code: SGG)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. To monitor and coordinate the geological data preparation process (ex.: composition, geology structure, coal thickness, total seam, etc.); and evaluate the distribution of the coal and structure contour to determine or as the basis for the coal resources calculation.
  2. To implement and monitor the drilling process based on the drilling points which have been determined for coal sampling by coordinating with the contractor.
  3. To monitor the coal sampling process and coordinate with the Lab for coal composition analysis.
  4. To monitor the collection process of daily data from the pit, re-analysis of geology structure, coal thickness, coal and other stones position.
  5. To report if on the exploitation process there is any distortion or discrepancy of the exploration data, to be evaluated and followed up.
  6. To implement and monitor the coal sampling process either at the drilling process (exploration) or at the exploitation.
  7. To coordinate with the contractor in doing the drilling activity at the site based on the agreed work plan, including the drilling based on the new mapping.
  8. To observe the compatibility between the contractor performance report with the actual site implementation.
Requirements:

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.

  3. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.
  4. Responsible to take input from the business analysts and project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule.
  5. Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
  6. Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Main Purpose :
Responsible for managing the operation at the assigned Puma Energy terminal. Comply with the operations business plan and schedule. 100% commitment with the SAPS industrial safety program.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Commercial Management daily delivery of fuel, by means of the ordering program, one day in advance, so that deliveries are scheduled.
• Review and send to the General Management, Operations Management and Commercial Management daily inventory control, by means of the movement reports.
• Authorize the purchase of tools, materials and equipment by means of quotes and purchase orders, following regional procedures, and in order to keep the Terminal in good working conditions.
• Prepare and review reports concerning the state of condition of the Terminal, based on inspection reports of the Operators delivered by the Shift Supervisor; authorize maintenance or repair programs prepared by the Supervisor.
• Liaison between management and operations by means of reports; maintain good communication flow to ensure all parties involved are fully aware of daily activities and results.
• Authorize fire simulation and /or fuel spillage programs, in coordination with assistance bodies, to prepare the staff to act in case of accidents.
• Coordinate with Operations Management all programs for receiving tankers, including inventory control and consumption projections.
• Coordinate the adequate rotation of the inventory in the tanks of the Terminal.
• Prepare and execute procedures for the discharge from tankers
