	PT GOLDEN ENERGY MINES, Tbk. PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra. One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position: 1. SHE Section Head (Code : SSH) 1.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent and Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry 1.2 In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management 1.3 Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable 1.4 Fluent in English both oral & written 1.5 Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation 1.6 Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills 1.7 Willing to be placed in site : Jambi 2. Mine Geologist Section Head (Code : MGS) 2.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology 2.2 Minimum 5 Year experience as Geologist in coal mining Industry 2.3 Having “Pratama” Certification is

preferable
2.4 Good ability in Geological Modelling with Autocad, Minescape
2.5 Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter

3. Infra Project Supervisor (Code : IPS) 3.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3.2 Minimum of 3 year experience in Mining Industry
3.3 Having experience to handle projects : Conveyor, bridge, port, crusher, etc.
3.4 Be able to adapt quickly
3.5 Willing to be placed in site : Sumatera Selatan

4. Mine Plan Manager (Code : MPM) 4.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 7 Years Experience in Coal Mining Industry.
4.2 Through knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
4.3 Good knowledge of coal mining terminology
4.4 A very good understanding of Minescape, Xpac, and Talpac mining software
4.5 Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
4.6 Possess “Pengawas Operational Pratama” certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is a good addition
4.7 Work Location in Jakarta

5. Secretary (Code : SCT) 5.1 Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Secretarial, Economics, Business Studies/Adm/Management
5.2 Minimum 1 Year of Working Experience as Secretary
5.3 Have Good Interpersonal Skills and be able to speak and write in English Fluently
5.4 Have Good Communication Skills
5.5 Familiar & Proficient with basic Office Software
5.6 Work Location in Jakarta
