REQUIREMENTS RECRUITER
- Male or Female, at least bachelor’s degree in Psychology from reputable university
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage relationships with external recruiters and liaise with where appropriate to ensure appropriate brief is given and best candidates can be sourced
- Comply with legal obligations and ensure 'right to work’ requirements are met
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work in with the team
