1. Head of Safety Management System (Code: Safety-Head)

Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Safety and Quality Management Policy and business performance of the company including controlling and updating to the related rules, regulation and requirements. Also responsible for setting up the implementation of ISO 14000 in company s vessel/marine terminal.

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering/Marine license in nautical and at least 5 years continued services in the field of Oil and Gas or preferably from Shipping industries.
• Understand and familiar with management system based on ISM Code, ISPS Code, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001, classification rules, flag state requirement to the ship managed by the company.

Requirements:
• Graduate from Bachelor Degree majoring Nautical/ Marine with at least 5 years working experience as Chief Engineer / Surveyor or Technical Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge in vessel s machinery.
• Understand ISM Code, ISO in oil major inspection, and class matter.
• Strong personality, good planning ability.
• Proficiency in English & computer literature.

3. Head of Legal (Code: LH)

Responsible for managing and supervising all working units under his or her direct supervision, including Legal Department (Corporate & Operation), ensuring that those working units would adherent with and provide a full support to the company (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) to achieve its predetermined objectives and goals from legal and compliance perspectives.

Requirements:
• Degree in Law with working experience in senior management position minimum 5 years in related exposure.
• Excellence combination of knowledge in Capital Market, Finance, and Law would be an essential.
• Having experience in managing people.
• Strong in analytical thinking, proactive, goal getter, easy to get along with all levels of people.

4. Technical Superintendent (Code: TS)

Responsible for ensuring the vessel is ready in operational condition. Also responsible to optimize technical condition of the vessel operation and authorize to handle ship technical matters, maintenance of the ship and make less downtime of the ship.

Requirements:
• Graduate from Institute of Merchant Marine with license ATT II/I.
• Min 4 years experience as Chief Engineer/2nd engineer in product/chemical tanker.
• Familiar with ISM Code, ISO in oil major inspection, and class matter.
• Strong knowledge in ship maintenance and repair.
• Computer literate (familiar with Autocad and Microsoft Project) and good in English.

5. Safety Management System Supervisor/Superintendent (Code: SMSS)

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering/Marine license in nautical and at least 3 years continued services in the field of Oil and Gas or preferably from Shipping industries.
• Age not more than 40 years old.
