Jubail Energy Services Company (JESCO), its business related to oil and gas industry for the manufacture of seamless pipes in Jubail 1 Industrial Area, is hiring for the following positions :

1. Instrument Supervisor

Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronical/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 8 years’ of experience.
2. Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering with min. 12 years’ experience.
3. Good technical knowledge for operation and maintenance of instrument and transducer and truble shooting.
4. Ability to coordinate leads a team of cross functional specialist and technicians.
5. Good knowledge of process requirements, maintenance practice, calibration, repair of instruments.
6. Good knowledge of industrial and electrical safety, ISO, QMS and TPM.
7. Good knowledge of latest trends in technical and management practice in global and continous process industries.
8. Dynamic personality with integrity, positive attaitude, practical and proactive approach and good managerial experience. Good analyzing and communication skills, ability to lead and guide a team of cross functional technical specialist and create a disciplined work force. Ability to train and create knowledge base organization, good exposure to latest global technical and managerial practice, lateral and vertical coordination abilities.
9. Computer literate, working knowledge of MS Office features – MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. is a must. Knowledge of ERP, EMS, CMMS, PLC, Automation and SCADA software and programming skills desire.
10. Ability to work under pressure and constraints.


Core Responsibilities :
1. Directs, coordinates, organizes and supervises instrumentation activities in assigned area elaborated in basic function and duties.
2. Develpos and implements scheduled, preventive, repair, routine and predictive maintenance in Jesco.
3. Administers the human resources, the spare parts and the materials to integrate in the budget allocated plant.
4. Integrate all maintenance activities towards maximizing equiment availability for production.
5. Ensures compliance to statutory and environmental requirments, safety and housekeeping, training of self and subordinates.
6. Implements activities and ensures compliance to ISO, QMS and TPM requirements.
7. Takes all necessary steps in designated Electrical area to achieve good results as directed by management from time to time.


2. Instrument Technician

Minimum Requirements :
1. Diploma or equivalent in Electrical with min. 5years’ experience, or Technical/Industrial High School with min. 8 years’ experience.
2. Reading, writing and speaking English is a must.
3. Proven experience of working in the heavy industrial plant with exposure to automated environment, ability to troubleshoot and maintenance instrumentation facilities.
4. Be ale to read and understand P & I diagram, instruction manuals, electrical drawing and job instructions by supervisor.
5. Experience on working combustion system (furnaces) and Siemens PLCs.
6. Good knowledge of using computer.


Core Responsibilities :
1. Received assignment from supervisor, exmines and identifies faulty electrical or pneumatic instrumentation, establishs requirements, i.e. tools, part and lenght of time and plans layout and procedures.
2. Attend to all equipment breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision, within the time constrait given to reduce production downtime.
3. Install, maintains or repairs on site or in repair shop variety of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation such as temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level controllers, regulators, transmitters, switches solenoid valves, weight scale, alarms, safety e inspectionb, etc. Includes portable inspection instruments. Work includes dissambly, cleaning, repair, lapping, overhaul or replacement as necessary.
4. Tests, clibrates and re-installs repaired instruments ensuring to high technical standards, accuracy of operation and recording in dependability, within a system or circuit. And in synchronization


3. Hydraulic Technician
Minimum Requirements :
1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years experiece or Technical High School with minimum 5 years experience.
2. Reading, writing and speaking English is a must.
3. Knowledge and experience required is that gained through previous experience in the heavy industrial plant with exposure in hydraulic equipments.
4. Able to read and understand hydraulic schematic circuits, instructions manuals and other mechanical related drawinds and job instructions from supervisor.
5. Able to repair and service hydraulic com[onents like pupms, hydromotor, control valves.


Core Responsibilities :
1. Inspect hydraulic components to determine the requirements of repair or replace defective or worn out parts and components. Calibrate products using hand tools work conditions and physical.
2. Any abnormality found to be informed to superior at the earliest.
3. Reading of logbook and hence checking for consumed spares.
4. Readiness of spares and tagging spares.
5. Assist shift people to finish breakdown in minimum time if required.
6. Carry out all scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance, daily checks and running inspection with minimum direction and supervision, and immediate action should take after daily checks if any equipment needs attention.
7. Technically assess the requirment of allocated jobs and select the necessary tools and equipment to complete the allocated job.
8. Monitor any repeated breakdown and bring to supervisor notification.
9. Inspects, diagnoses and examine hydraulic equipments and discuss with the supervisor the nature and axtend of damage or malfunction to determine the repair needed.
10. Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with the company safety procedure and plant operational requirements.
11. Takes all necessary actions in designated area to achieve good results and executes all jobs as directed by his superiors and management from tme to time.


4. HRM Shift Supervisor (Electrical)
Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelor Engineering in Electrical with minimum 3 years experience.
2. Diploma in Electrical with minimum 5 years experience.
3. Reading, writing and speaking English is mandatory.
4. Good technical and analytical knowledge, supervisory skils, proven experiece on maintenance of electrical equipment, service and repair, troubleshooting skills, problem solving techniques on equipment, resources mobilization and allocation in emergency situations preferably experience in a heavy industrial or metal processing environment.
5. Ensure cost effective and efficient maintenance and repair to minimize downtime due to electrical and instrument failure and thus enable maximum availability equipment for operations.
6. Resource management, people management and communication skills.
7. MS Office and MS Projects, RDBMS, ERP package.


Core Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for all electrical shift actiities of all equipment in the shift cycle to keep production ongoing smoothly.
2. Immediate and priority response to any electrical maintenance needs of all equipments and its ancillary equipments.
3. To seek the assistance of specialist during major breakdown and to assiist whenerver needed.
4. Ensures that shift personnel adhefre to company safety policies, practices and procedures applicable to electrical operations and Permit To Work / Energy Lockout.
5. Authorized to issue/arrange the spareparts required during the shift maintenance work by following the procedure made by warehouse.
6. Assigns work to his subordinates ona daily shift basisi and monitors their prigress throughout the shift.
7. Keep daily contacts with shift superintendent and submit daily manpowr nd breakdown reports, joint review of log book and discuss work priorities, and troible shoot and taing corrective action in emergency maintenance situations.
8. Advise and consult with Shift SI any signoficant safety or environment event.
9. Maintains close daily contacts with Operation personel, general shift electrical regarding the co-ordination of work, and the maintenance planners regarding planned maintenance activity and weekly preventive maintenance schedule.
10. Prepare the monthly breakdown report and suggest preventive and corrective actions.


5. Electrical Technician
Minimum Requirements :
1. Diploma in Electrical with minimum 3 years experience.
2. Technical/Industrial High School with minimum 5 years experience.
3. Reading, writing & speaking English is a must.
4. Proven experience of working in heavy industrial plant with exposure automated environment, hydraulic & electrical equipment of rolling mill & utilities.
5. Able to read and understand electrical instruction manuals, electrical drawings and job instructions from superiors.


Core Responsibilities :
1. Carry out all scheduled maintenance, preventive maintenance, daily checks and running inspection.
2. Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with the company safety procedures and plant operational requirments.
