Jubail Energy Services Company (JESCO), its business related to oil and gas industry for the manufacture of seamless pipes in Jubail 1 Industrial Area, is hiring for the following positions :

7. Mechanical Planner
Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience.
2. Diploma or equivalent in EMechanical Engineering with minimum 15 years experience.
3. Good technical knowledge of operation and mechanical maintenance of rolling mill equipment and their controls.
4. Good knowledge of process requirments, mantenance practice, repair planning & execution, spares procurement and management.
5. Good knowledge of industrial and mechanical safety, ISO, QMS and TPM.
6. Proven experience as Mechanical cal Planner in a large process industry.
7. Computer literate, working knowledge of MS Office features – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc is a must. Knowledge of ERP, EMS, skills desirable.
8. Knowledge in SAP is prefered.


Core Responsibilities :
1. Provides maintenance planning and control for all operating lines and support facilities (i.e. spareparts availibility, repair procedures, mainyenance standards, and work schedule to support systems and equipment maintenance activities).
2. To request purchase requisitions and material request in SAP.
3. Consolidates monitoring and inspection data of field equipmen, devices controls, analyze data and prepare reports.
4. Inter disciplinary coordination – coordinates with suppliers, OEM, electrical & auxiliaries maintenance and operations for their concerns.
5. Maintains accurate and updated documentation, records, reports and computer database for all mechanical equipments.
6. Performs preliminary in-house estimates and working plans, coordination for in-house projects, modifications, etc.
7. Monitors the implementation of the maintenance budget, compliance to safety, QMS, ISO, TPM.
8. Takes all necessary steps in mechanical planning area to achieve good results and as directed by management from time to time.


8. Electrical Planner
Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering with 5 years experience.
2. Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 8 years experience.
3. Good technical knowledge of operation and electrical maintenance practice, repair planning and execution, spares procurement nd management.
4. Good knowledge and practical experience of working on CMMS and SAP.
5. Good knowledge of industrial and electrical safety, ISO, QMS and TPM.
6. Proven experience as Electrical Planner in a large process industry.
7. Dynamic personality with integrity, positive attitude, practical & proactive approach and good managerial experience, good analyzing and communication skills. Ability to lead and guide a team of cross functional technical specialist and create a disciplined work force. Ability to train and create knowledge based organization, good exposure to latest global technical and mnagerial practices, lateral & vertical coordination abilities.
8. Computer literate, working knowledge of MS Office features – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc is a must. Knowledge of ERP, EMS, CMMS, SAP.
9. Ability to work under pressure and constraints.

Minimum Requirements :
1. Minimum five years’ experience for diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Cryogenic
2. Minimum six years’ experience for (ITI) Technical /Industrial High school in Air- conditioning and refrigeration
3. Reading, writing & speaking English is must.
4. Having computer skills. - Minimum requirement proficiency in Windows office
5. The knowledge and experience to provide skilled work in the installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (AC) equipment (Window, Split & Centralize); HVAC; Panel A/C; AHU (Air handling unit) Chiller and systems at various locations in plant and buildings.
6. Have supervision skills to lead the team and prepare all job planning activates.
7. Have wide experience in Chiller maintenance and installation.
8. Be able to read and understand the work instruction manuals, all drawings and job instructions.



Core Responsibilities :
1. Carries out all planning jobs for Refrigeration and A/C units and follow up.
2. Reporting and updating all recommended documents as per Jesco QMS.
3. Carries out preventive maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Window, Split & Centralize) ; HVAC; Panel A/C; AHU (Air handling unit) Chiller equipment’s and systems.
4. Repairs all faulty A/C; HVAC; Panel A/C; AHU (Air handling unit) Chiller equipment’s
5. in the Plant and buildings.
6. Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Refrigeration and A/C; HVAC;
7. Panel A/C; AHU (Air handling unit) Chiller equipment’s in the Plant and buildings.
8. Trouble-shoot Air Conditioning (Window, Split & Centralize) ; HVAC; Panel A/C; AHU (Air handling unit) Chiller equipment’s malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning equipment.
9. Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Refrigeration and
10. Air Conditioning equipment.
11. Ability to work in overhead cranes to repair the cabin and panel A/C.



10. AC Technician / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician
Minimum Requirements :

11. Electrical Drive Specialist
Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering with 5 years experience.
2. Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 8 years experience.
3. Good technical knowledge of AC-DC converters, DC-AC inverters, UPS systems, IGBT and IGCT controls, Thyristor controls, electronics drive controls, maintenance repairing and testing of drives, controls, cards, PLC’s, networking and communication.
4. Proven experience in drives-related automation, instrumentation and catds repair, parameterization, optimization of drive parameters, analysis of failures/breakdown etc.
5. Ability to direct, lead and guide and work with a team of automation specialist, superviors, drive specialist and technicians.
6. Good knowledge of softwate and licence management, spares procurement and management, process requirements.
7. Good knowledge of industrial and electrical safety, ISO, QMS and TPM and maintenance practice.
8. Dynamic personality with integrity, positive attitude, practical & proactive approach and good managerial experience, good analyzing and communication skills. 2. Integrate all drives amintenance activities towards maximizing equipment availability for production training of self and subordinates on Siemens make drives
3. Minimize problem on electric drives, trouble shoot problems on electrical drives, maintain adequate spares of elecrical drives.
4. Ensures compliance to statutory and environmental equipments, safety, housekeeping, training of self and subordinates.
5. Implement activities and ensures compliance to ISO, QMS and TPM requirements.
6. Takes all necessary steps in drives area to achieve good results and as directed by management from time to time.
