construction, in conjunction with hydrographic survey and positioning to

PROJECT COST SECRETARY
Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and monitoring
timesheet, asset, equipment and personnel utilisation and also
controlling cost function throughout Group Seascape Surveys.
Requirement: • Diploma Degree in Secretary/Administration, with a minimum of 1-3 years related experience preferred
• Understand Project Cost and Budgeting
• Must have month & closing
• Must have excellent computer skills, SUN System, Vision
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Knowledge of TKDN – PTK007 SKK MIGAS

Knowledge of methods, practices, and terminology used in accounting,
pertinent rules, laws, and policy regarding accounting methods
• High initiative and motivate person, good communication and inter-personal skill, neat and tidy
• Willing to work in Karanggan, Gunung Putri area
• English is a must
HSE ADMIN (contract 6 months)
Job Summary: Responsible for the regular administrations
tasks associated with the Seascape Surveys HSE Management System,
keeping records of all HSE documentation and reporting of HSE
observation and statistics.
Requirement: (Urgently Required)• Majoring in Occupational Health & Safety from reputable university.
• Certified AK3 Umum.
• Well knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• Fluent in English (conversation & writing)
• Good skill in Microsoft office.
• Familiar with IMO, SOLAS, IMCA, OSHA, IADC, GHS, and MARPOL is advantage.
• Experience implementation CSMS.
• Willing to work in Karanggan, Gunung Putri area
LOGISTIC & PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Job Summary: Responsible for updating asset & procurement tracking database system and assisting all logistic activities.
Requirement: (Urgently Required)• Diploma Degree / Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or any field
• Understanding in TKDN PTK 007 SKK MIGAS
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Internet)
• High initiative and motivate person, good communication and inter-personal skill, neat & tidy
• Willing to work in Karanggan, Gunung Putri area
• English is a must
