We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
(Jakarta Based)
Designated position intends to act as Electrical Engineer, to execute Engineering Tasks within OGS Business Sector. Position holder will execute Engineering works of aspect for OGS construction work related and to support Engineering and Construction Department. Main objective is to ensure engineering works and construction activities are in line with schedule.
To manage, review, and generate designs and drawings for OGS projects or works related, both in condition of information from Engineering and Construction department and specific requirement of OGS.
Requirements:
1. Work extended hours to meet Engineering deadlines
2. Require to travel to site
3. Team workers and organizing people
4. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical-Electronic-Instrumentation
5. Min. 5 years previous experiences in Engineering and Construction with thorough understanding for multi discipline aspects of construction works
6. Proficiency in CAD, Generally Computer Literate
7. Construction Design knowledge proficiency

Responsibilities:
1. To execute, guidelines and directive for Engineering and Construction in order to achieve Engineering Objective in reliable manner
2. To execute, monitor, improve Engineering specific task
3. Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department, company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned
4. Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related
5. Initiate feedback for improvement of Engineering reports and works status
6. Review, observe, and improve physical construction works in accordance with defined work procedure
7. Involve in construction stage methodology along with utilizing knowledge to conclude proper construction works
8. Maintain and Implementing HSE programs, with objectives to apply official standard and requirements

PROJECT OFFICER
(Jakarta Based)
To maintain project calendar, milestones and control multiple project through project life cycle. Analyzed data collection, generated report, prepare presentation, project support and documented all document.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree preferred
2. Min. 2 years of experience in project
3. Strong administration skills
4. Willing to work extend hours due to project requirements
5. Computer literate (Power Point, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Project)
6. Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
7. Communicative and innovative
8. Work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain project calendar and milestone
2. Control multiple project through project life cycle
3. Gather, compile data and analysed for presentation and report
4. Responsible for administrative data and documentations are well documented
5. Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide administration support in accordance with procedures.
6. Plans, schedule, execute and evaluate the day to day objectives based on planning
7. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external networks
8. Implementing HSE program including Environmental Management System to ensure effectiveness of the program conform to official standard and requirements
9. Identifying system improvements, procedural requirements and training and development needs as part of project.
10. Create Purchase Requisition (PR) based on plan and approved budget

QA/QC OFFICER
(Jakarta Based)
Direct, control, observation, and inspect implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within OGS department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.
Requirements:
1. Work extended hours to meet deadlines
2. Require to travel to site
3. Team workers and organizing people
4. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
5. Min. 5 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation
6. Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and implementation
7. Thorough understanding for Document Management System

Responsibilities:
1. To execute, guidelines and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieve its objective
2. To execute, monitor, improve QA/QC aspects
3. Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department, company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned

Rigging & Scaffolding Foreman
(Assignment: Site)
Monitor and coordinate rigging and scaffolding daily activities to ensure rigger and scaffolder work are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform with companys standard and policies.
Requirements:
1. Min. High School Degree.
2. Min. 3 years experiences as a Rigger & Scaffolder foreman Min in Plant/Process environment or similar capacity.
3. BP Migas certified and Basic Rigging certified would be an advantage.
4. Knowledge in various rigging, lifting, and scaffolding techniques.
5. Proactive safety attitude.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and supervise of the activities of The Rigger and Scaffolder, including preparation of tools and consumables require to establish and maintain the project.
2. Responsible in maintain and repair rigging and scaffolding system in Site /Project.
3. Check and examine all rigging and scaffolding equipment location and economizing by using test equipment standard and observe its function.
4. Conduct formal annual performance review all direct reports, identifying strengths and weaknesses, training needs and agreeing upon goals for the future.
5. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance counselling as required for all direct reports.
6. Prepare and submit reporting required.
7. Communicate and Monitor safety procedures implementation in work environment and process in order to maintain safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations in this respect.
8. Review and analyse of failure to plant, monitor degradation and report pending equipment failure for compilation into backlog.

SNI QUALITY MANAGER
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Develop, monitor and provide continuous improvement of a robust company-wide management system through process owners as well as manage the quality personnel availability and competencies to ensure the compliancy through the internal audit program and enhance awareness of quality within company in term of maintain companys quality certification.
Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in Engineering.
2. Min 8 years of experience in Quality areas, preferable experience in managerial level within 3 years.
3. Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
5. Good Communication Skill.
6. Willing to travel to other work location or project sites as and when required.

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and review the tender document for define tender requirement in order to develop tender input based on specific requirement and referred to previous approved best practices.
2. Establish, develop and improve Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan (PQP) and other QA/QC documentation, plan and implement project inspection and source QA/QC personnel to fill in the roles in order to promote the implementation of Quality Management System.
3. Maintain and monitor the quality standard certification (i.e. ISO 9001) implementation and hold a role as a Management Representative to ensure quality standard conformance in the company.
4. Prepare and monitor the implementation of internal quality audit program to ensure the quality adherence.
5. Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators in order to meet KPIs.
6. Advice on changes in quality policies/procedures and their implementation provides training, tools and techniques to enable others in achieving quality standard.
7. Establish, manage and control the operational budget for the business unit to ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Establish, review and communicate quality timely report for internal and external purpose in order to ensure accurate and reliable report in timely manner.
9. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
