and detailed engineering support across many industries. The work
performed by the engineers, designers and support staff at KBRI, is
instrumental in global project execution.
KBR in Indonesia has over 30 years of project execution in offshore oil
and gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and the petrochemical, fertilizer
and refinery industries. Having operated in Indonesia since the 1970s,
KBRI has had extensive engineering, procurement , Construction and
commissioning (EPC) capabilities and can continue to leverage the local
partnerships and alliances to expand its business and regional presence
Requirements • Having over 12 years of experience as a HR Manager • A minimum of Bachelor degree with extensive knowledge and experience within HR Manager environment • Good command of written and spoken English • Indonesian national with high dedication and commitment in delivering results •
A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic
business and HR objectives within a complex, multi-business organisation • Demonstrated ability to motivate for high performance and build strong engagement with team member and customer • Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels • Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR practices and company policies • Experience in dealing with Ministry of Manpower and understanding the process to obtain Work permits for expatriates • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures, • Knowledge or experience in Oil and Gas Industry will be a great advantage
Responsibilities • Responsible for the development,
implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies,
processes and procedures designed to attract, retain and reward
employees globally in alignment with overall business strategy. •
Recruitment and selection – direct and manage the recruitment and
selection process, and assist Discipline line managers in interviewing
and assessment procedures • Under general direction, is accountable
for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group
within a function. • Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members. • Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures. • Work closely and provide required supports to Engineering Manager in resource management. • Learning and development – implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs
