company which operates three CBM Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) in
South and Central Sumatra - Indonesia, is looking for talented and
qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
The Senior Drilling
Engineer is an integral member of a Technical Support Team and whose
principle objective is to provide engineering designs and operational
support for ongoing operations of CBM exploration wells. You will report
to the head of the technical department.
Job Description: - Interaction with subsurface team for finalization of well locations;
- well design in Co-ordination with G&G, Production;
- Cement design finalization with cementing services provider;
- Conduct Drilling well on Paper Exercise, implement inputs of other functions;
- Coordinate with Civil for New Pads construction;
- Inspection of pads in co-ordination with IPM contractor;
- QC on final drilling program Preparations of TVD and AFE;
- Ensure operations are as per pre-approved drilling program;
- HSE compliance of drilling operations;
- Attend Project Operations co-ordinations meetings
- Perform cost estimates, work and time analysis.
- Performing operation analysis and suggest process improvement
- Prepare Well Complication reports, root cause analysis
- Jakarta office based job but require traveling to the rig locations for supervision if needs.
- Min 10 years of drilling experience with some experience with completions and work overs
- Coal bed methane experience, especially in coal coring
- Experience in drilling fluids selections and cement design
- Experience with various drilling and data management software
- Experience planning , developing operational procedures of CBM wells
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering or mechanical disciplines
The Senior
Production Engineer is an integral member of a Technical Support Team
and whose principle objective is to provide CBM production engineering
designs and technical support for ongoing production of CBM wells and
monitor and evaluate well and reservoir performance to optimize the
performance of the assets. You will report to the head of the technical
department.
Job Description: - Generating dewatering plan;
- Analyzing and predict well behavior
- Conducting well and reservoir performance monitoring and data acquisition
- Handling flow assurance issues including production chemistry related matters.
- Handling well rate metering (separator, multiphase flow meters etc.) and oil & gas rate allocation.
- Coming up with proposals to increase production (e.g. work-overs, recompletion etc.)
- Reviewing well stimulation design and well completion design.
- Handling coal-fragment management including production prediction, control, design and monitoring.
- Interaction with subsurface team for finalization of well locations;
- Conducting daily analysis and management reporting of the performance of all producing wells
- Analyzing medium/long term production trend
- Troubleshooting to identify causes of deviations in production performance, with a view to evaluating remediation proposals by the Operator, and developing own proposals
- Identifying longer term production optimization opportunities.
- Min 10 years of oil and gas development experience with some experience in CBM production;
- Experience in CBM production engineering design
- Experience with various professional applications

The Senior Reservoir
Engineer is an integral member of a Technical Support Team and whose
principle objective is to provide technical advice and support in the
assessment, design and execution of exploration and development programs
for CBM projects. You will report to the head of the technical
department.
Job Description:
You will be
responsible for using both fundamental reservoir engineering skills, as
well as CBM specific expertise in reservoir description, development
planning, and production optimization for optimal CBM asset development
of the company.
Qualification, Certification and Experiences:- Minimum 10 years of reservoir engineering experience with minimum 3 rears in coal seam gas environments.
- A total experience of 20 years or more would be highly regarded.
- In-depth understanding of Coal Bed Methane reservoir fundamentals including previous experience with CBM reservoir simulation models and simulators such as Petrel/Eclipse, or GEM;
- Requiring hands-on approach to technical work.
- A degree in Petroleum Engineering.
The Procurement
Manager will provide overall management of companys tenders and
contracts. The position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
and the Country General Manager in a matrix organisation.
Job Description:- Lead and manage a team of contracts and procurement officers.
- Provide direction on companys procurement program and report on the status of progress.
- Lead and manage the tender process: contract strategy, tender process, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with the assurance and governance processes.
- Ensure delivery of business needs to schedule, cost and quality.
- Keep abreast with the developments in the industry and government regulation and appraise the management of any changes.
- Management team and user departments

- Accountable for all procurement activities.

- More than 10 years of tender and contract management experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
- Recent experience with an operator in Indonesia.
- Leadership experience.
- Full tender cycle experience.
- SKK Migas certification.
- Unquestionable ethics and integrity when managing tender activities.
- Commercial sense, business acumen, and multi-tasking work ability.
The Contracts
Officer will provide tender and contract management support to companys
operations. The position reports directly to the Contracts and
Procurement Manager.
Job Description:- Coordinate and manage the tender process: contract strategy, tender, tender evaluation, bidder engagement and negotiation, award recommendation, contract approval and execution, and contract management.
- Comply with the assurance and governance process and ensure relevant internal stakeholders are involved and functional issues represented in the contracts and contracting process including compliance with the PSC procurement procedure and the companys Contracts and Procurement Management Standard.
- Ensure delivery of business needs to schedule, cost and quality.

- Contract Officer is accountable for procurement of services and materials contracts.
- Contracts Officer has to liaise with multiple stakeholders and to inform the manager of the status of tenders and contracts, and to secure approvals from relevant authorities.
- Tertiary education
- More than 5 years of tender and contract management working experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
- SKK Migas certification.
- Unquestionable ethics and integrity when managing tender activities.
- Commercial sense, business acumen, and multi-tasking work ability.
- Able to work under pressure.
Job Description:
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CANDIDATES:- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, English both written and oral plus Mandarin is preferable for Secretary Position.
- Excellent computer software skill MS Office (Excel and Word) plus SAP B1 for PCM & CO.
- Able to think laterally, identify, analytical and problem solver.
- A good team work, able to work under pressure, and working effectively (with minimum supervision) in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment.
