OPERATION MANAGER
1. Prefers college (S1-petroleum engineer) graduate, secondary or high school attainment is acceptable.
2. Age 35-45 years old.
3. Have APB III/Well cap/IADC License.
4. 10 - 15 years experience on rig drilling and well services operations.
5. Experience in handling operation, handling industrial facility in areas related to maintenance, production and safety.
6. Familiar with oil and gas regulation.
7. Have Good communication and Leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and good problem solving.
9. Accurate, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
10. Computer literate is a must (software : MS. Office, Excel).
11. Fluent in English.
HSE COORDINATOR
1. Prefers college (S1) graduate.
2. Min. Age 30 years old.
3. 5 years experience as safety officer on rig drilling company including 1 year experience as safety coordinator.
4. Having license as “Pengawas Keselamatan Kerja” issued by Pusdiklat Migas.
5. Familiar with government regulation related to safety on oil and gas industry.
6. Have Good communication and Leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and good problem solving.
8. Accurate, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
9. Computer literate is a must (software : MS. Office, Excel).
10. Fluent in English.
