1. Achieving his/her own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and A/R
2. Making a good relationship with customer’s key people, especially with the decision makers
3. Identify, report and manage potential risks detected in the assigned projects
4. Understand the market trend, competitions, industry development, etc. and put into CRM as well.
5. Collecting key customers feedback by planning, implement and make follow up action for CROL timely
QUALIFICATIONS

1. Excellent selling skill
2. Familiar with Power Generation Engines
3. Comprehensive understanding of the energy sectors especially in Marine power & Offshore services market
4. Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
