PROJECT ACCOUNTANT Background : • Experienced Auditor & Accounting background • 2-5 Years Experience • Male / Female • Excellent in English Written and Verbal. Job Description: • Checking the hold journal input by site accountants and ensure all the data is correct (amount recorded, check account code with the nature of the account, check the calculation and its rate of VAT & WHT, check tax code). • Prepare payment for outstanding invoices including check bank balances and maintain cash flow. • Prepare accrual, depreciation, amortization and revaluation journals for month end closing. • Prepare BS Reconciliation for month end closing. • Prepare Budget & Actual Cost Report for month end closing including the analytical review. • Prepare Financial Model for month end closing. • Prepare monthly calculation of VAT to be paid. • Prepare Budget Report every year end closing. Job Description: • Receiving and journal invoice • Processing invoice to be approved by manager • Report to Treasury for any payment activities • Assist Financial Controller for any needs • Costing period • Closing journal and Prepare Budget Report every year end closing.
