Site Administration and Account Payable Clerk
(Based in Balikpapan)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day accounting and financial functions of the company.
- Provide
day-to-day Petty Cash activities and invoicing to ensure the company s
activities and process of sending invoices run smoothly.
- Handle accounts payable and credit controls.
- Prepare
and report of VAT, WHT, income taxes and handle other accounting
routines, support National Tax and Administration Manager when
requested.
- Administer expense claims in accordance with company policy and general administration duties.
- Assist in general office administration and ensure reporting deadlines are met in consistent and accurate.
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position with experience in reconciliation of financial matters.
- A team player and having ability to work under minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Having ability to communicate in Indonesia and at least passive English.
