To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, Eni Muara Bakau BV is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

1. Senior HR Specialist (Expat Specialist) – HRD06
Responsibilities :
- Manage Expatriate HR matters such as establishment of expatriates legal documentation; Manage proper arrival and reception of expatriates assigned in sites and head office; Communicate expatriate regulations to ensure HR matters for expatriate are fulfilled in timely basis and in compliance with related laws and regulations.
- Manage and monitor database of existing expatriate stay permit, visa and other formalities.
- Supervise activities on missionary (visitors) formalities, including confirmation on budget.
- Provide timely report such as RPTK-A (Rencana Pemenuhan Tenaga Kerja Asing), Expatriate Structure Cost, Periodic Expenditures, etc. to relevant stakeholders and regulatory body.

Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years experience in handling and/or familiarizing with Expatriates personnel administration matters in Oil & Gas Industry in multinational settings.

2. Government Financial Reporting Analyst _FIN 04
Responsibilities :
- Assist with SKK Migas Reporting, Cost Recovery, Reporting for Operated Areas
- Assist the Senior Accountant Budget & Reporting with SKK Migas reporting and Budget preparation
- preparation of all budgets and reports: Work Program and Budgets (and Its Revision), Financial Quarterly Report, and Other Monthly Report as required by the Government (SKKMigas)
- Present the Work Program and Budgets (and Its Revision) to the Government (SKKMigas)
- Monitor expenditure and calculate recoverable costs
- Prepare the Cost Recovery Report
- Other ad hoc activities related to the Government Reporting and Budgeting

Requirements :
- Degree in relevant discipline (finance / accounting / economics)
- More than 5 years of finance experience in oil and gas industry.

3. Community Relation Specialist Balikpapan _GRB 01
Responsibilities :

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Act as front fine communicator between the company and the focal community during the course of project development activities in East Kalimantan.
• Organizing socialization activities in the local villages prior, during and post project activities.
• Support the community relations team leaderjn maintaining relations and engagement with the local community.
• Provide regular updates on the social aspects and project activities of Jangkrik Complex Development Project to the Government Relations and Business Support Team
• Provide support for Jangkrik Complex Development Project activities in the area from the social aspects including but not limited to stakeholder management, issues management, community relations, community initiatives activities.
• Report to East Kalimantan GRB Coordinator in Balikpapan Office.

Requirements :

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education : min. D3
• Minimum working experience 5 (five) years in the relevant fields
• Knowledge in East Kalimantan is an advantage

4. Government Relation Specialist Samarinda _GRB 02
Responsibilities:
• Build strategic and mutually beneficial working relationship with key authorities from regulatory and governing bodies related with eni Indonesia operations.
• Monitoring regulatory activities, and proceedings or applications with local regulatory bodies and government bodies.
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with government, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Participating in the development of regulatory strategies and policies that support business strategies.
• Colfaboratively working with internal stakeholders to ensure that our business practices uphold the highest quality levels that meet or exceed regulatory and governmental requirements while allowing eni Indonesia to effectively operate in the our working areas.
• Report to East Kalimantan GRB Coordinator in Balikpapan Office.

Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor Degree in related field (Science, Social, economic or Law degree)
• Minimum working experience 5 (five) years in the relevant fields
• Knowledge about East Kalimantan province is an advantage

5. Permit & Lisence Specialist Balikpapan _GRB 03
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that eni Indonesia has all the required licenses and permits to operate in the area based on the prevailed laws and regulations.
• Support the Permit & License team to maintain regular communication with the authority in East Kalimantan area on tracking the progress of permitting process
• Coordinate, monitor and update regularly the Permit Licenses register for all exploration and development projects based on the local authorities prevailed law and regulations.
• Organizing the meetings, workshops, or socialization with related local authorities regarding the permits and licenses process.
• Provide regular update status on permits and licenses progress in East Kalimantan for all departments consumption to GRB Coordinator in Balikpapan Office.
• Report to East Kalimantan GRB Coordinator in Balikpapan Office.

Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor Degree in related field (Science, Social, Economic or Law degree)
• Minimum working experience 5 (five) years in the relevant fields)
• Knowledge of East Kalimantan is an advantage

6. Admin Assistant _ADM 01
Responsibilities:
- Perform all secretarial functions and administration activities of Finance Manager and Finance staff.
- Assist in translation of documents between Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Filing, safe-keep of legal documents etc.
- Assist and organize to upload the Cost of Estimate and Job Order in the Data Base System from other Departments if required
- Keep minutes of Finance Department meetings if required
- Assist Treasurer in the daily operation payments (IDR and USD) in the Citidirect (Electronic Banking System).
- Provide assistance to Treasurer in the BESA system to manage the balance transfer, and excess fund to be deposited to Eni Coordination Center.
- On the absence of Treasurer, assist to monitor the bank account operations, e.g. daily account balance and weekly bank rates.
- Administer and be responsible to the Companys cash on hand and BNI account for cash payments (including monthly replenishment).
- Dealing with money changer to provide foreign currency for Company staff on overseas training.
- Input and process payments authorized by the Treasurer and Finance Manager.

Requirement :
Education : Relevant secretarial qualification, or equivalent experience
