Production Superintendent (PSPT)
Qualifications:
• Male, 33 - 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, or related discipline. GPA 3.00
• Minimum 6 year experiences as Supervisor Production position at coal mining.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices (good mining practices).
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate. Hold a POM and POU Certificate would be highly valued.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc.
• Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method, mine evaluation and equipment performance analysis.
• Good knowledge in coal geology
• Good knowledge in integrated drainage system, mine infrastructure and stockpile management
• Good knowledge in mining regulations and reporting
• Good in leadership and communication with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to SHE.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera.
Responsibilities :
• Monitoring all coal production operation to meet target considering effective, efficiency as a highly safety commitment.
• Coordinating and supervision to mining people and mining service contractors.
• To ensure coal getting and overburden removal will provide safe working conditions and achieved the maximum recovery of coal with minimum dilution
• To ensure all the drainage system and its environment impacts are controllable
• To ensure smooth activities in pit, waste dump and stockpile
• To ensure all of unit set-up and manpower set-up in mining operation are good performances conditions
• Manage and implemented short term and long term mine plan.
• Will report all the mine operation to the Senior Site Manager regarding the mining performance and its evaluation.
• Will preparing all the data for engineering cost control
• Daily, weekly and monthly planning, evaluation and reporting mining activities.
•Will assist for preparation of official reporting to government
Production Foreman (PFRM)
Qualifications :
• Male, max 25-30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline. Min GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position mining production section.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Held a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software: Minescape, Xpac, etc.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan.
Responsibilities :
• Monitoring all coal production activities to meet target considering efective, effeciency with strong commitment to safety.
Mine Plan Foreman (MPFRM)
Qualifications :
• Male, max 25-30 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Enginering or Geology Min GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experience in mining industry
• Having excellent skill in survey, GPS, Topografi
• Able to operate mining software such as Surpac and Minescape.
• Familiar with Total Stasion : Sokkia, Topcon.Nikon, GPS Garmin, GPS sonding
• Candidates from South Sumatera or Muara Enim will be an advantage
Responsibilities :
• Create short term & mid term mine plan
• Supporting data and mapping the actual area lacation information
• Make sure sequence of mining based on planning.
• Create & analyze budget, cost of mine production.
Coal Quality Control Foreman (QCFRM)
Qualifications :
• Male, maximum of 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or related discipline with GPA 3.00 and with 2 years minimum experiences in coal quality control
• D3 or SMK degree in mining or geology study, with 5 years minimum experiences in coal quality control and 3 years minimum experience in coal mining
• Good knowledge in coal geology
• Good knowledge in coal sampling technique and procedure (pit and stockpile samples and disturbed or undisturbed samples)
• Good knowledge in coal quality control and quality assurance management.
• Good knowledge in stockpile management and mine geology engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills
• Candidates should be from South Sumatera (Muara Enim and Lahat are preferred)
Responsibilities :
• Prepare coal samples to analyze.
• Managed routine coal sampling and guidance services for front line people
• Managed and supervise all the procedure needed to prevent parting and other impurities materials in pit based on SOP
• Managed and supervise all the procedure needed in stockpile activities based on stockpile SOP
• Will assist mine geologist and all mine operation in pit
• Will assist mine mapping and exploration activities if needed Monitor production activity to have good quality coal.
Finance & Budgeting Supervisor (FSPV)
Requirement :
• Male/Female, 28-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking, minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Experience in audit firm and or coal mining (preferable)
• Understanding PSAK and accounting systems
• Having experience with Invoice, Taxation, Journal Vouchers, Accounts Payable, and Costing
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal and good management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity)
• Having experience to create and monitoring annually budget
• Will be placed at Head Office-Jakarta
Responsibility :
• Assist Accounting Manager in day to day Finance Manager
• Responsibility in timely reporting
• Prepare monthly, quartely, annual financial reports
• Checks and controls of the data supporting financial transactions (A/R & A/P, budget & expenditure, etc)
• Doing compilation/analysis of the budget
Tax Manager (TMGR)
Qualifications :
• Male, 30-40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting discipline. Min GPA 3.00
• Experienced at least 5 years in related field.
• Excellent knowledge & understanding in basic accounting and Indonesian taxation.
• Able to make Tax income, VAT Tax & Monthly Report Tax
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills with significant experience in Ms. Office & Internet.
• Experience in relation with Tax Government Offices
• Willing to be located in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
• Indentify and execute tax planning opportunities to minimize the company’s tax exposure.
• Manage, negotiate and settle tax audit and enquiries to ensure issues are timely dealt with in order to minimize tax penalties.
• Manage, develop, train and mentor related tax staff
HR & GA Supervisor (HRGA)
Qualifications:
• Male, 28-35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Excellent understanding about HR function such as personnel administration, industrial relations, employee relations and general affairs matters such as monitoring rent, repairing vehicle and accommodation.
• Have strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, organizational and positive attitude.
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point & visio)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera on roster period.
• Mastering in deep understanding of Law Decree UU No. 13/2003
Responsibilities :
• Monitor and coordinate all HR&GA activities in job site.
• Handle all HR&GA daily administration in job site.
• Manage strong commitment on implementation of Company’s regulation.
• Conduct few of specialist technical coal internal training at the Site.
