URGENTLY NEEDED
PT Ocean Metal Indo is a national private company with the main business of coal mining in Indonesia, currently needs some dynamic – creative professional human resources, with a good track record, to join and grow with us for below position and qualifications:
1. Sr. Geologist and Geologist (Job Code: SGG)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. To monitor and coordinate the geological data preparation process (ex.: composition, geology structure, coal thickness, total seam, etc.); and evaluate the distribution of the coal and structure contour to determine or as the basis for the coal resources calculation.
  2. To implement and monitor the drilling process based on the drilling points which have been determined for coal sampling by coordinating with the contractor.
  3. To monitor the coal sampling process and coordinate with the Lab for coal composition analysis.
  4. To monitor the collection process of daily data from the pit, re-analysis of geology structure, coal thickness, coal and other stones position.
  5. To report if on the exploitation process there is any distortion or discrepancy of the exploration data, to be evaluated and followed up.
  6. To implement and monitor the coal sampling process either at the drilling process (exploration) or at the exploitation.
  7. To coordinate with the contractor in doing the drilling activity at the site based on the agreed work plan, including the drilling based on the new mapping.
  8. To observe the compatibility between the contractor performance report with the actual site implementation.
Requirements:
  1. Male is preferable, min. 5 years experience as Geologist in mining project, maximum age of 35 years old.
  2. Having geological background from reputable university.
  3. Willing to be located at site with certain roster schedule.
  4. Experience with the geological software such as MapInfo, global mapper will be an advantage.
  5. Having knowledge on the mining software such as Minescape will be an advantage.
  6. Communication skill with subordinate, subcontractor and people / villagers.
  7. Having experience on due diligence and potential projects evaluation.
  8. Having experience in starting a project will be an advantage.
  9. Preferred having experience at Kalimantan (Central and East).
  10. Excellent team work and coordination skill.
  11. Having certification of Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) will be an advantage.
2. Project / Site Manager (Job Code: PSM)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Lead job site and synergy with all employees, contractors, Distamben and social job site environment.
  2. Monitoring & reporting all mining operation, such as production, safety, environment.
Requirements:
  1. Male is preferable, minimum age of 37 years old.
  2. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
  3. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline from reputable university.
  4. Minimum 10 years experience in the mining operations & 5 years in the same position.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
  6. Hold a POU and K3 Umum Certificate.
  7. Strong commitment to site safety.
  8. Having experience in position Kepala Teknik Tambang is an advantages.
  9. Strong leadership is a must.
  10. Willing to be located at our Job Site.
3. Project Coordinator (Job Code: PCD)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
  2. Maintain Project Managers calendars.
  3. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.
  4. Responsible to take input from the business analysts and project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule.
  5. Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
  6. Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  7. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
  8. Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
  9. Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log.
  10. Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
  11. Coordinating between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basis.
  12. Working closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees.
Requirements:
  1. Male is preferable, 3-5 years of experience supporting Project Managers.
  2. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
  3. Bachelor degree in related discipline from reputable university.
  4. Knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
  5. Strong multi tasking and organizational skills.
4. Project Assistant (Job Code: PAS)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the project team.
  2. Provide effective travel and accommodation coordination.
  3. Assisting team members with reporting requirements and information gathering.
  4. Assist with reconciliation and processing of external contractor invoicing and project/tenement cost tracking.
  5. Support project data processing requirements as required.
Requirements:
  1. Male is preferable, have a mining resource experience.
  2. Bachelor degree in related discipline from reputable university.
  3. Strong multi tasking, a positive can do attitude, with the ability to be a good team player.
5. HR Comben Specialist (Job Code: HRCS)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Conduct HR policies and regulation regarding compensation, benefit and employee performance appraisal.
  2. Arrange strategic and planning human resource development.
  3. Handle payroll activities.
  4. Manage personnel employee, ie. HRIS, Jamsostek, medical insurance.
  5. Monitoring agreement of employee, contract and dealing remuneration package.
  6. Responsible for salary administration, overtime report (BTR, transportation, etc).
Requirements:
  1. Male / Female 33-40 years old.
  2. Bachelor degree in Economics / Accounting.
  3. Minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
  4. Proficient in Policy Review, Salary Structure, Benefit Recommendation, Payroll System, Job Analysis & Job Evaluation.
  5. Good technical and conceptual skills in Policy Review and Employee Benefit matters.
  6. Conduct employee performance appraisal.
  7. Have good knowledge in HRIS and job evaluation.
  8. Will be located in Jakarta, willing to travel to our job site as needed.
6. Land Acquisition Supervisor (Job Code: LAS)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Acquire and deal with the landlord in our job site.
  2. Analyze and identify the possibility of potential problems in order to reduce the risk of law in the land acquisition activity.
Requirements:
  1. Male, minimum of 30 years old.
  2. Bachelor degree in Sociology / Law / Community Relations.
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
  4. Candidates from Palembang will be an advantage.
  5. Possess good communication skills in written and spoken in interaction with the landlord or other team members and local government.
  6. Good negotiation skill will be highly valued.
  7. Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera.
7. Corporate Social Responsibility Supervisor (Job Code: CSRS)
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Make and implementation CSR programs.
  2. Coordination with government.
  3. Analyze and identify the possibility of potential problems in order to reduce the risk of law in the social environment.
Requirements:
  1. Male, minimum of 30 years old.
  2. Bachelor degree in Sociology / Law / Community Relations.
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position from mining company.
  4. Candidates from Palembang / Sumsel will be an advantage.
  5. Having knowledge and implementation CSR strategic, policies & procedures and support their implementation.
  6. Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
  7. Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera.
