Having at least 3-5 years experience in the shipping company/agency. Has experince in recruitment. Has a strong understanding to manage the crew schedule. Willingness to travel domestic and abroad. Good communication & negotiation skill. Fluent in written and verbal English; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage. Can work alone or in a team.
