1. Site Material Coordinator Field Facilities (CP-A131)
Responsibility and duties: • Site infrastructure/logistics in host country: 1. Receiving, warehousing and issuance of material 2. Sequencing of Spare Parts – Commissioning and 2 year Operating 3. Work jointly with Construction to oversee materials requirements at site
• Materials management: 1. Administration and supervision of the Contractors Materials Management Plan and Warehousing Plan 2. Manage distribution of the materials and equipment as required 3. Project material and equipment delivery at site - interface with the Jakarta home office team 4. Apply project specifications for equipment and material preservation, packing and handling 5. Oversee Contractors material tracking “in transit” through receipt at job site 6. Confirm custom clearance dates and inland transportation plan dates 7. Monitor Contractors Long Lead Equipment and Spare Parts Transportation Plan 8. Interface with the Construction team at site on all materials / equipment issues
Required knowledge, qualifications, skills, and experiences: • 5 years of Materials Management (at site) and Logistics experience with a project of similar size and scale • Intermediate to Expert Equipment and Materials Logistics Skills including Contracts, Customs, Traffic, and Expediting • Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills • Hands on experience with computerized materials management and tracking system • College / University Education or equivalent • Must be a self-starter and able to work in a virtual organization •
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa
Indonesia. The ability to speak Javanese is an additionally desirable
attribute. • Ability to oversee and monitor EPC Contractor
logistics activities including track/monitor key equipment and material
movements
2. Development - Project Workforce & Supplier Development Specialist (CP-A132)
Roles & Responsibilities • Give guidance to EPC
socioeconomic coordinator to assist the EPC teams and contractors in
developing an employment plan to ensure equitable distribution of
employment opportunities among the national and local workforce giving a
priority to communities the most affected by the Project activities at
the village level. The plan will include: • Identification to be filled by Nationals • Hiring mechanism • Training program and outlining provisions for care and administration of staff and labor •
Personnel tracking program that will catalog and retrieve employee
information to include all project work history from hiring to
termination • Fostering national businesses that will be able to
supply high quality goods and services required by the Project at the
lowest total cost • Provide individuals, groups and local government
with consolidated information about the number and types of jobs and
when people will be needed to fill them • Consolidate the personnel
tracking database of all the contractors and sub-contractors in order to
share and provide information to the other EPCs for sourcing their
construction workforce • Compile project wide report for government review detailing efforts to involve local businesses •
Assist the EPC teams and contractors in developing a procurement plan
and a work breakdown structure that will give local and national
businesses significant opportunity. • Develop and maintain an information system on project business opportunities • Periodically visit communities to provide information and discuss local business needs and concerns • Review and steward the good and services procurement plans developed by each EPC team •
Monitor resulting use of local/National entrepreneurs and businesses to
verify that qualified nationals are offered a fair chance to
participate and to identify areas where Local/National content can be
increased without increasing Project costs
Skills and Experiences: • Possess a University Degree in
Social Sciences (e.g., policy, anthropology, sociology) or some other
technical field related to socioeconomic management • Familiar with common types and uses of geospatial socioeconomic data • Proven coordination and interface skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Working knowledge of project construction and operations • Broad technical and SH&E skills • 2+ years broad-based experience preferred, with prior experience in socioeconomic-related disciplines
3. Construction –Mechanical Technical Foreman (CP-A133)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: • Reports to Construction Lead and will assist him in executing his responsibilities and act in his behalf during his absence. • Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractor and among Project Team members •
Supports site team for all mechanical construction activities and is
the project field contact with the contractors construction site
organization. • Monitor contractors construction activities and
provide advice as necessary to ensure they meet job specifications
within budget and schedule and that they comply with operating unit
safety rules and procedures. • Provide surveillance and report
status of construction work in the specific discipline for conformance
with engineering drawings, design specifications, safe work practices,
and applicable codes • Review and assist contractors construction planning, procurement, and scheduling activities as needed • Coordinate daily work direction with discipline inspectors as needed • Ensure inspection records are in compliance with mechanical completion, system completion, and turnover procedures • Assist contractor in implementation of permit to work system •
Review the following relating to acquiring equipment: ROS dates,
expediting plans, transportation plans to and within site; receipt
inspection procedures (POs, Specifications, Drawings [Nozzle positions,
bolting patterns]), proper off-loading equipment, warehousing,
preservation and storage. • Ensure that equipment is set in place
properly: timing vs. placement options (lifting, skidding/sliding)
[Sequence of Work], equipment needs for setting • Ensure equipment is
properly fixed in place (anchor): foundations and embeds, leveling
(bolts & shims), bolting, welding or grouting • Ensure
attachments are properly installed: connect piping , instrumentation and
electrical, sequence of work, structural supports • Ensure equipment
is properly aligned: specialty personnel as needed (millwright, vendor
reps), timing of alignments – (example- without connections then with
connections) • Assessment of equipment installation: quality checks, punch list, pre-start up safety checks • Ensure constructability of piping: correct materials, proper joining methods, no clashes •
Monitor procurement activities: understand and track ROS dates, ensure
proper transportation and expediting to site, review receipt inspection
and certification reports, ensure proper off-loading equipment, ensure
proper storage and staging of piping, ensure proper tracking and issuing
spools, monitor the Positive Material Identification program. •
Monitor and influence construction activities: ensure personnel and
procedures are qualified, evaluate methods for setting pipe (above
ground, buried, plant, pipeline), track spools, review sequence of work
(piping vs. other disciplines; small bore vs. large bore), ensure proper
structural supports, minimize rework • Support quality checks: integrity testing, punch list, pre-start up safety checks • Support Completions: drive transition from area basis to system basis, review construction completion checklists • Support facility start up activities as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES : • High School education. • Good experience with piping system and mechanical engineering • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels from management to field labor. • Good technical and supervisory skills.
• Minimum of ten (10) years broad experience in all project phases,
i.e. engineering, procurement and construction, would have at least five
(5) years specific involvement in major process facilities.
4. Domestic Content Coordinator (CP-A134)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: • Follow, analyze and distribute as necessary the Domestic Content Surveyor reports • Assist Project Teams as an expert in APDN and Domestic content calculation • Provide guidance in how to improve Domestic Content realization • Support project teams in case of Contractors / subcontractors / vendors claims relating to Domestic Content • Interface with BPMIGAS as needed by the Project. Be the main contact of BPMIGAS TKDN division
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES: • College Degree • Experience working in procurement and/or in a Domestic Content survey • Strong knowledge of PTK 007 and TKDN requirements
5. Valve/Piping Inspector - Field Facilities (CP-A135)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: • Oversee inspection of piping and welding activities conducted at contractors and sub-contractors facilities. • Coordinate with other structural and piping inspectors • Review original material certificates for compliance to codes and specifications • Ensure testing, measuring, welding, and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification • Ensure storage and use of welding consumables is per manufactures recommendations and full certification • Review Contractors field inspection and test reports • Verify fabrication fit-up, alignment, and dimensional tolerances • Review welder qualifications certifications, and attend welder qualification • Verify Contractor, Subcontractor Quality management systems, plans, procedures, and processes are in place.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES: • Working Knowledge of: - Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (E.g. AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3, and ISO 9001) -Piping fabrication methods - Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods - Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings • Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space, etc.) • Good oral and written English language skills • Well versed in safe work practices • Demonstrated ability to communicate in multiple languages • Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore construction projects.
6. Engineering Coordinator (CP-A136)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: • Facilitate and coordinate engineering technical work products for Mooring Tower Fabrication Site • Gain alignment with the Site Team on engineering needs, objectives, and requirements -
Participate in site kick-off meetings with the EPC contractor, PMT, and
Subcontractor(s) to ensure common understanding of engineering
requirements, deliverables, and ROS (Required on Site) dates - Ensure engineering deliverables are on site by the ROS dates - Track and progress engineering changes which effect the Mooring Tower Fabrication - Facilitate communication of various project execution issues within the Site Team that affect the engineering design - Provide engineering deliverables as required by Site Team members (3D model screen shots, P&IDs, cut sheets, etc.) • Cooperate with various review teams and post audit activities •
Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and
regulatory requirements; Ensure that such deviations will be processed
according to project procedures; maintains Site Deviation Control Log. • Keep MT Construction Site Lead and Engineer Manager informed of engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns • Minimize engineering disruptions to MT Fabrication work • Provide all of the engineering data (narrative, charts, graphs, etc.) required for weekly and monthly progress report •
Maintain the Site Team Engineering files (electronic and hardcopy) to
ensure the most recent revisions of engineering deliverables are
available for use by the Site Team at all times • Participate in the MCL lessons learned process •
Steward EPC contractor and Subcontractor(s) activities with respect to
Mooring Tower Fabrication Site engineering execution including: - Verify engineering staffing is adequate to support work scope - Verify appropriate design tools, including computer hardware and software are available and in use - Verify on site engineering progress measurement and reporting - Ensure adherence to project specifications, Company standards, regulatory requirements - Ensure most recent revision of engineering deliverables are available and in use at the shop level
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES: • Broad knowledge of : - Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria - Offshore facilities and structures design, construction, and operations - Oil and Gas Industry practices, processes, and expectations with respect to project engineering • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering • 10-15 years engineering experience • 5+ years fabrication engineering experience • Working knowledge of: • Piping fabrication methods • Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings • Indonesian National Standard (SNI) • Structural fabrication methods, cut sheets, and shop Drawings • Mechanical equipment • Instrumentation • Electrical equipment • Well versed in safe work practices • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical report writing and presentations • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, and other Engineering programs
7. Welding Inspector (CP-A137)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: • Assist reviewing WPS, WQT records and welding inspection related QC documents •
Witness and oversee daily activities and related inspection activities
in piping, structural, mechanical, and E&I disciplines. This
includes visual and NDT checks like RT, MT, PT and UT. • Witness / monitor NDT activities, and interpret / review NDT reports on RT, MT, PT and UT • Monitor and inspect exotic material welding works (DSS, SDSS and CRA) inclusive of PMI and ferrite checks •
Monitor in-process welding parameters like fit up, purging and purging
level (O2 checking), heat input and maintenance of inter-pass
temperature, passivation activities, flushing, etc. • Monitor
welder performance continuously, set in motion the corrective actions
when the quality levels / trend is not in acceptable levels • Monitor
welding consumable handling on site, and conduct daily spot checks in
the field to ensure proper handling of welding consumables. Review
original welding consumable material certificates for compliance to
codes and specifications where required. • Monitor / surveillance of material traceability in weldments • Witness / monitor weld repair activities and welding distortion correction activities • Ensure testing, measuring, welding, and NDE equipment is fully calibrated and has current certification • Verify fabrication fit-up, alignment, and dimensional tolerances • Participate in line walk before hydro test, preparation of punch lists and follow up of the same for close out • Witness piping hydrotest and flushing works, witness reinstatement checks for final acceptance • Witness Nitrogen (N2) leak tests on piping systems • Witness furnace PWHT and Local PWHT of piping works •
Verify Contractor, Subcontractor Quality management systems, plans,
procedures, and processes are in place. Implement Project Construction
Surveillance Program
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES: •
Have minimum of 15 years in welding inspection activities working to
international standards like ANSI B31.3 / API 650 / ASME Sec IX / Norsok
/ NACE RP 0175. Possess Minimum CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI welding inspector
qualifications. • Possess ASNT NDT L-II in RT / MT / PT / UT and able to review radiographs to various international standards. • Possess a proactive approach plus willingness to closely monitor and educate the exotic alloy welders •
Experience in welding and inspection of exotic alloys like Duplex SS /
Super Duplex SS / Inconel 825 is mandatory and highly preferred •
Knowledge on purging and maintenance of heat input / interpass
temperature required. Familiar with PMI (P-met) / Ferrite checking and
review of these reports for compliance. • Experience in working on oil and gas projects involving sour oil service is preferred • Able to read and understand P&IDs, isometrics and GA drawings, both engineering and shop drawings • Able to review PWHT charts and conduct in process spot checking • Able to review hydrotest packs, witness hydrotests and reinstatement works for system acceptance • Experienced in Nitrogen leak tests preferred • Thorough understanding of applicable industry specifications •
Native tongue in Bahasa Indonesia with proficiency in spoken and
written English language skills for official works preferred. Familiar
with Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc. • Well versed in safe work practices including co-ordination with contractors on ensuring radiation safety
8. SHE&S Safety Site (CP-A138)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: • Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel
• Conduct regular safety inspections / assessments on-site and at key
off-site subcontractor locations in accordance with established project
and site safety plans or as requested by site team members •
Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe
acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor management toward
achieving an injury-free work place • Keep site management apprised
of significant safety issues, safety alerts and plans / progress
towards resolving issues and eliminating hazards • Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges, and incident investigations / follow-up
• Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues
from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor /
subcontractor safety advisors / management • Participate in
investigation and follow-up of incidents / accidents; prepare
notifications / reports for communication of significant incidents to
company project / functional management per project incident reporting
procedures and matrix • Coach and advise contractor / subcontractor
safety professionals / management in incident investigation
documentation, reporting, and follow-up, including root cause analysis
and case management • Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work permit system and area / system responsibilities • Prepare / provide a safety induction briefing to new ExxonMobil (EM) team members and EM visitors to site • Collect and share safety lessons learned with other sites and project and functional management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES: • College level education or equivalent • 5 - 7 years in Construction Safety-related positions • Good computer skills including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
9. INSPECTOR HEAVY EQUIPMENTS (CP-A139)
Scope of Work Conducting vehicle pre and routine inspection
of vendor, supplier and CGS operational car non FE, including checking
of safe carriage of loads, driver license and PPE based on Indonesia
regulation and Chevron requirements and other task related to vehicle
and heavy equipment.
With specific qualification as follows: 1. Minimum SMA or STM with 5 years experience in Vehicle/Heavy vehicle maintenance or Inspection 2. Have valid SIM B 3. Applied knowledge of vehicle inspection method 4. Applied knowledge of mechanic and machine element 5. Applied knowledge of transmission system
6. Applied knowledge of requirements for the safe carriage of loads on
road vehicle based on regulation from Kementrian Perhubungan. 7. Able to communicate in English both written and spoken 8. Capable in operating MS Office
10. COATING INSPECTOR (CP-A140)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: • Verify required coating inspection methods are performed on pipeline, including DFT, holiday testing, etc. • Monitor mixing and application of coating by contractor. • Maintain daily log of activities. • Oversee application of field joint coating.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES: • Extensive training and experience in coatings & coatings inspection, application methods & testing. • Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful. • Knowledge of surface preparation methods & other requirements for obtaining desired performance from coatings. • Seven (7) years experience in coatings & coatings inspection. • Overseas pipeline experience is helpful. • Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail systems. • Certification for welding inspection.
