candidates to join its growing and enterprising team to develop
unconventional gas resources in Indonesia. The opening positions are as
follows:
A. Drilling Department A.1. Drilling Manager • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Preferably male)
• Minimum 15 years working experience in drilling and completion
engineering. Strong understanding in field operations as well as
excellent technical skills in providing leadership qualities. • Experience in supervising and managing drilling operations in a challenging environment •
Exercise initiative; possess logical and sound analytical judgment to
provide possible solutions to problems under minimum supervision. •
Have strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively in a
multi-disciplinary team • Experience in unconventional oil and gas
activities such as CBM and/or shale gas will be a highly advantageous
A.2. Senior Drilling Engineer • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Preferably male) • Minimum 10 years working experience in well planning and drilling engineering • Proven knowledge of drilling safety and well control principles, environmental regulations, and field operations •
Develop and design drilling programs for new and existing wells,
including the preparation of economic and technical evaluation of
tenders, provision of materials, preparation and monitoring of AFEs. • Recommend and conduct engineering studies to improve drilling operational performance. • Extensive experience in well completion design works and unconventional oil and gas activities will be highly advantageous
B. Project Department B.1. Project Engineer B.2. Process Engineer, Report to Project Coordinator B.3. Project Administration and Logistics
To qualify for B.1, B.2, B.3, individuals must possess the requirements below • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (B.1, B.2), and Diploma Engineering (B.3) • Minimum 7 years working experience (B.1), minimum 5 years working experience (B.2, B.3) in oil and gas industry. • Fluent in English both written and oral (All) • Willingness to be located at designated working areas (All) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project (B.1, B.2) • Highly driven, self-motivator and pro-active person (All) • Capable of managing cross engineering review (B.1, B.2)
C1. Supply Chain Manager • Minimum 10 years working experience
in procurement with at least 5 years in procurement, logistic and
inventory in oil and gas industry; • Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline (Preferred) or equivalent •
Proficient with procurement and logistics regulation, good
interpersonal and communication skill, broad knowledge on procurement
contracts • Proven leadership capabilities and working experience in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment • Certification in PTK-007 SKMIGAS is an added advantage
C2. Procurement & Contract Officer • Bachelor Degree in related disciplines with a minimum 3 years working experience within the Indonesian oil and gas industry •
Ensuring and execute the procurement process in accordance with
policies, standard and procedures, such as SKMIGAS Procurement Guideline
No. 007-Rev-2/PTK/I/2011 and its amendments • Assist the company
with the preparation of the Scope of Work/Service for all scheduled
tenders/contracts and familiarity of sourcing raw materials and
inventory management • Technical and Commercial Analysis of the Bid submissions •
Monitoring the schedule of work and the delivery of goods in accordance
with the schedule/delivery time specified in Contract/Purchase Order • Fluent good command of oral and written English •
Certification in PTK SKMIGAS No. 007 is highly advantageous and an
excellent understanding of Indonesian oil and gas laws/regulations.
D. HR Supervisor • Bachelors degree in Law or Psychology with minimum 5 years working experience as HR Supervisor •
Knowledge the principles and practices of human resources
administration also the principles and practices of supervision over
professional, paraprofessional, technical and clerical staff • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with the ability to Identify problems and develop viable solutions • Fluent in English both written and oral is required • Proficient with Indonesian laws applicable to employment practices • Ability to develop, implements & tracking of section goals/policies/procedures and Department programs
