DRILL BLAST ENGINEER
Code : Drill Blast Engineer. Qualification :
1. Honest and responsible.
2. Minimum education S1 of Mining Engineering / Geological Engineering.
3. Having understanding/master Blasting Technique and Possess ‘Sertifikat Kompetensi Juru Ledak’
4. Having experience in Drilling/blasting job.
5. Having leadership, proactive, creative and loyal.
6. Understand various drilling methods especially in Mineral and Coal Mining.
7. apable to lead the team to reach company’s goal.
8. Fluent English (priority) and good in using computer program.
9. Ready to be placed anywhere in Company’s project site.
DRILLING SUPERVISOR
Code : Drill SPV. Qualification :
1. Honest and responsible.
2. Minimum education High School/equivalent.
3. Having experience as Drilling Supervisor min. 5 years.
4. Having leadership, proactive, creative and loyal.
5. Understand the duties and responsibilities of Drilling Supervisor.
6. Understand various drilling methods especially in Mineral and Coal Mining.
7. Capable to lead the team to reach company’s goal.
8. Fluent English (priority) and capable to use computer program.
9. Ready to be placed anywhere in Company’s project sites.
SITE MANAGER
Code : Site Manager
Qualification:
1. Honest and responsible.
2. Gradution of min. Bachelor (S1) of Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering.
3. Work experience min. 10 years (prioritized from Drilling Company).
4. Agressive, proactive, creative and loyal.
5. Have a leadership, ready and capable to lead or coordinate team to reach company’s goal.
6. Understand principle and application of HSE.
7. Understand SOP application in job.
8. Good in using computer program.
9. Good Communication
10. Fluent English in conversation and written.
MARKETING MANAGER
Code : Marketing Manager Qualification:
1. Honest and responsible.
2. Bachelor Degree with Major in Geology, Mining, Oil Engineering, and or equivalent.
3. Experience min. 10 years in related field (experince in Drilling Company is preferable).
4. Assertive, proactive, creative and loyal.
5. Understanding the regulation of the Mining, Oil and Gas. Preferably if understand PTK 007.
6. Know and understand about the making of the contract of employment.
7. Have a lot of relationships and understand the marketing strategy.
8. Good in using computer programs.
9. Have a Good Interpersonal Skill.
10. Fluent English in conversation and written.

Operation Specialist Main Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Operation & Maintenance Superintendent (O&M Supt), the Operation Specialist is responsible to coordinate process support for optimizing operation of all Eni’s Jangkrik facilities (JKK – JKNE Complex). Operation Specialist activities will conduct in safe manner with maximizing field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, man power, etc) and meet daily production targets whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements.
• To Managing respective people and organization with relevant administration and report, also managing EHS function in the respective department.
• Responsible for the coordination of the development project activities relevant to the Jangkrik Project with focus on Pre-Operations Works and establish Operations requirements during detail engineering , construction, commissioning , start up phases of new oil/gas production facilities, ensuring that commissioning phase and start up operations of FPU, RSI-SPS and ORF are conducted in safe, effective and efficiently manner with meeting the company target and to the satisfaction of all parties.
• To support all operation readiness activities and assurance review from initial concept through to project sanction, and possibly through project execution, ensuring that the design meets project objectives for cost, schedule, safety and environmental impact. Assure all operation aspects and risk opportunities to optimize the construction activities in the field , have been address and mitigate the risk
Qualifications required
• Engineering degree (preferred) major in Chemical, Petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 5 years of experience in offshore commissioning and start up of oil/ gas field development projects
• Previous Upstream Engineering Floating Production Unit , RSI –SPS , ORF commissioning experience would be advantage
• Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially
• Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office
