The requirement of AA position is as follows:

AA Qualifications
1. Minimum D3 background in Engineering (Mechanical/electrical/process) or equal
2. Minimum experience 5 years in Oil & Gas Operation/Industry and 3 years in supervisor level
3. Have knowledge and understanding in Oil & Gas processing
4. Familiar with Control of Work or Safe System of Work, Risk Assessment in Oil & Gas industries
5. Understanding in Energy isolation (i.e : LTI) and familiar with Engineering drawing such as P & ID, PF&D etc
6. Have good leadership, good analytical thinking and safety behavior.

Trainings that will be provided: 
1. Control of Work PTW
2. Control of Work TRA
3. Control of Work Isolation (Process/Electrical)
4. Control of Work Practical
5. AGT Level 1
6. Sea Survival & Basic First Aid

Technical Qualifications:

• Experiences to prepare the complete service package from all department & review RFS (Request for Services), Tender Schedule and Bid / Contract Documents
• Experiences in assisting Committee in reviewing technical and financial of every tender process prior submitting to Bid Committee for further recommendation and part of Bid Opening Team
• Ensure the contract process compliance with the government procedures and company’s policies
• Reporting to SKKMIGAS (Government Institution) regarding to Bid/ contract process.

General Qualifications:
• Male/Female max 35 yrs. Old
• Minimal S1 degree in a Law/Economic/Engineering/ Supply Chain Management from reputable university
• 5 + yrs experiences in oil & gas industry as a buyer or procurement specialist
• Excellent English skill both writing and speaking
• Good communication and presentation skills.
