Cost Control Engineer

Ensure cost control process is running in daily basis, review budget and control cost/expenditure status, prepare forecasting process in regular basis, and secure company profitability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1) Ensure correct cost allocation
2) Ensure that cost is within/under budget, and prepare good explanation for exceptional condition
3) Prepare weekly costing analysis report

This position also be responsible to ensure that good environment, health, and safety practices are maintained and for the training and mentorship of all staff under his supervisor. This is a leadership position with significant budgetary responsibilities, direct cost control leadership and oversight of multiple operations that requires proven experience in dealing effectively with sulphide ores and maximizing recoveries from such ores. Requirements: • Bachelors Degree in mine engineering or similar with minimum 10 years experience in the mine supervision or mine engineering (MST). •Degree in Metallurgy Engineer or equivalent experience in mill operation ( MPS) • Experience with milling operations maintenance and metallurgy minimum 10 years. • Good communication English skills both written and oral (all position). • Gold mining experience will be advantages (all position).
