The Monas lubricant oil blending plant (LOBP) project by Shell will bring world-class facility to Indonesia. Being closer to customers will allow Shell to supply a full range of high-quality motor oils, transmission oils and industrial lubricants to the market, with the potential to expand distribution to neighbouring countries in the future.

Built on 75,000 square meters of land in Marunda Center (north of Jakarta), the Monas plant will supply a range of high quality lubricants for consumer, transport, industrial, and marine markets in Indonesia. The facility is expected to have a production capacity of 120,000 tonnes per year, producing Shells major brands like Shell Helix, Shell Advance, Shell Rimula, Shell Tellus, and Shell Omala, making it the largest lubricants blending plant operated by an international oil company in Indonesia.

Operator Maintenance (Boiler)

Job Description
• Maintain Utility Machine : Boiler, Air Compressor, Air Dryer, Demineralized Water Treatment, Drinking Water Treatment, Diesel Engine Generator, Fire Pump System, Transformer, Switch Gear, and Substation. 
• Performs preventive maintenance procedures on Utility Machine as determined by the maintenance schedule and in accordance with agreed cost targets and HSSE.P
• Performs corrective maintenance procedures on Utility Machine in accordance with agreed cost targets and HSSE. 
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on Utility Machine. 
• Execute engineering activities the Utility Facilities as determined by the maintenance schedule and in accordance with agreed cost targets and HSSE. 
• Co-working with general contractor and 3rd party contractor

Requirements
• Min. 3 year as Boiler Operator (prefer Boiler Operation Certificate) 
• Min. 3 year as Utility Technician
• Knowledge : Basic Power Distribution, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical
• Can read P&ID

Operator Filling

Job Description
1. Full Handling filling process daily activity for each Machine operation including Raw Material preparation 
2. Responsible of quality visual of finish good product 
3. Perform Minor setting on each machine filling line 
4. Perform daily maintenance and minor trouble shooting on filling line machine

Requirements
• Minimum education: diploma or vocational (technical) qualifications
• Minimum 3 years working experience (prior experience in manufacturing environment or FMCG is an advantage) 
• Experience in using automated system and SAP system is an advantage
• Prior knowledge in production and quality system in highly desirable. 
• Able to work rotating shifts and overtime. 
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently, as needed
• Applicants must be willing to work in Marunda. 
• Good learning ability
• Good in English (passive), fluent in English is an advantage.

Job Description

Basic Knowledge Required:
1. Demonstrate working knowledge of National Electrical Code/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards. Inspector must be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of application requirements of NACE of equivalent corrosion standards for Cathodic Protection. 
2. Shall have three (3) years documented experience in the field of instrumentation and control system. Shall be familiar with the international Industry Codes and Standards related to intrinsically Safe Systems and Electrical Systems for Instrumentation such as: ISA RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12, ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518 IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE 2, NFPA 70/NEC and UL 94. As a minimum, he shall be able to inspect complete loop checking, wiring continuity, colour coding, and start up. IF needed, he shall be able to evaluate SAT and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards related to package units instrumentation such as Distribution Control System (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System, Remote Terminal Unit, and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) Systems.

2. Electrical Commissioning (Location – Jawa Timur, Indonesia) Supervisor & Technician

Supervisor & Technician Job Requirements – Candidates CVs should be able to demonstrate a background in most or all of the following 
• Understand & Adhere to Commissioning HSE requirements and be fully conversant with Permit to Work Systems and Isolation Procedures 
• Understand and be familiar with Single Line Diagrams, Block Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams and Schematic Diagrams. 
• Function testing of Motor Control Centres and carry out commissioning activities of electrical equipment, such as Generators and associated equipment, UPS Systems, LV Switchboards, Lighting circuits etc 
• Previous experience on Commissioning of Gas Turbine Generators (GTG) and/or High Voltage Electrical Distribution and/or Relay Testing would be a distinct advantage 
• Understand and participate in Mechanical Completion acceptance / handover requirements as per client Procedures 
• Carry out commissioning systems ensuring completion of Commissioning Procedures and all associated check sheets. 
• Be familiar with ATEX and Hazardous Area equipment. 
• Liaise with Electrical Commissioning Leads advising of any problems and / or items of concern relating to the scope of work. 
• High Standard of English Required (Written & Verbal)

3. Instrumentation Commissioning (Location – Jawa Timur, Indonesia) Supervisor & Technician

Required experience:
• 5 years of experience as Commissioning Supervisor
• 15 years of experience in Instrumentation Discipline

Requirements:
• Good interpersonal skills for interfacing with all discipline personnel
• Knowledge of Instrumentation Equipment/systems and their interaction with other systems
• Ability to read P&IDs, Schematics and Layout plans
• Good understanding of the completions/certification documentation process
