GEOLOGYST
We are seeking a Geologyst to support our organization in geotechnical work and site investigation. The daily tasks are consulting geological maps and aerial photographs to advise on site selection; assisting with the design of built structures; using specialized computer software or calculations; collating data and producing reports; overseeing the progress of specific contracts; planning detailed field investigations by drilling and analysing samples of deposits/bedrock; supervising site and ground investigations; advising on and testing a range of construction materials, for example sand, gravel, bricks and clay; making recommendations on the proposed use of a site and providing information; and advising on problems such as subsidence.

Function:
Fill the tankers safely and meet the customers´ expectations in accordance to quantity and quality, order of loading and security standards set by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive orders from cargo to enter and monitor cargo tanks. Drain tanks and filters. Fill fuel into tankers arriving at the Terminal, in a fast and safe manner, by means of the loading equipment. Seal the upper inlets of the tank and the discharge valves of the same, in order to secure the load to the customer. Comply with all safety measures of the Terminal at all times.
2. Revise and fill in all documentation required for filling trucks, verifying with the driver the product (s) to be loaded as well as the volume(s) of the same. Fill cards loaded with API, temperature and time of loading. Revise tankers before filling and report any pertinent situations.
3. Maintain a clean work area at all times. Provide maintenance services to the loading equipment and execution of the preventive maintenance program of the Terminal, without interfering with the daily filling of trucks (valves and pipes). Calibration of flow meters. Hydrostatic testing of piping. Enable and disable the electric motors for pumps, tanks, filling rack.
4. Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Superintendence of the Terminal, as well as in all contingency drills. Give logistical support in Terminal. Comply with any other task entrusted by the Superintendent within the operations of the Terminal.

The job holder is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution, documentation and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• Carry out MC inspections and fill relevant MCCR for cable trays, cables, connection and termination, cables IR tests, electrical equipment installation and testing.
• Evaluate technical performance for Contractor, reporting to site superintendent about contractor/ subcontractor behaviour, identifying the elements that can adversely affect the planned discipline achievements, advising site manager about on-going criticalities.
• Verify the Contractors construction physical progress relevant to electrical discipline installation.
• Verify construction works are in compliance with project drawings, specifications and applicable international/local codes and standards
• Ensure electrical equipment and system integrity from Contractor receiving at Yard to handover to company. Ensure proper removal for load out preparation and reinstatement after integration.
Qualifications & Experience:
• The job holder must have Engineering degree Training and Courses:
• Employee Induction including HSE Awareness
• Project Execution / Implementation
• Good command of English
