Technical Requirements :

a. Must have at least + 12 years of working experience in a Multi National Drilling Company with minimum + 4 years in the similar position. (Position No. 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5)
b. Experienced with Top Drive System rigs. (Position No. 1, 2, 3, & 4)
c. Holding a valid Well control ticket supervisor level (IADC/IWCF) and AP3 Migas certificate for Indonesia Assignment. (Position No. 1, 2, & 3)
d. Experienced with CAT Engines, Hydraulic system & familiar with Preventative Maintenance System. (Position No. 4 & 5)
e. Experienced with SCR system, Cooling system, AC & DC Motors and control circuits. (Position No. 5)
f. Having a good understanding and familiar of HAZOP analysis, JSA, LOTO, and safety reports on a drilling rig. (Position No. 6)
g. Must have at least + 7 Years of working experience in Oil & Gas company / Service company with minimum + 3 Years in the similar position. (Position No. 6 & 7)
h. S1 or D3 degree (Position No. 6 & 7)
i. Good understanding and skills in community, government relations and liaisons, and expat formalities processing. (Position No. 7)

General Requirements for all positions :

a. Able to demonstrate a reliable safety leadership and behavior, and proven track record to dealing with a multicultural working environment.
b. Willing to travel overseas and working on rotational basis (28/28).
c. Must be goal-oriented and having a high level of Problem Solving skill.

Requirement for the position is below.

Key accountabilities:
• Ensures adequate capable resources are available to provide H&S support to wells activities within the region.
• Has an independent line back to Wells S&OR in the event wells activities are not being properly resourced.
• Act as part of a global network of Wells H&S leads who ensure application of learning and Wells management systems improvements in the regions.
• Assures (from a health and safety perspective) that group, segment and divisional standards are being rigorously applied in Global Wells activities in the region.
• Manages the development of H&S staff in the wells HS&S team.
• Maintains an independent view of implementation of Safety & Operations Risk requirements and associated risks.
• Provides deep technical support to the line.

Essential Education:
• Bachelor s degree in engineering discipline.

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 8 years in an H&S leadership role.
• Proven track record in H&S and/or operational disciplines, preferably with some exposure to drilling activities.
• Strong personal and process safety leadership skills.
• Respected technical contributor with ability to participate both internally and externally.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the workforce.
• Experience in SOC (Behavior based Safety Programs), control of work, incident investigation, incident and emergency response.
• Proven ability to develop clear plans when dealing with complex and uncertain situations.
• Demonstrable leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), engagement and team-working skills.
